Director of Business Development

Johan Olarte is a U.S. Navy veteran and accomplished operations and business development leader with a track record of transforming underperforming teams and systems into high-functioning, results-driven operations. Beginning his career with over seven years of distinguished service in the Navy, Johan held critical leadership roles aboard the USS Denver and across forward-deployed stations like Diego Garcia and Mayport, Florida. Rising rapidly to Petty Officer First Class, he led maintenance, emergency response, quality assurance, and inspection teams while earning accolades such as Sailor of the Quarter and Fleet Sailor of the Year nominee. He holds Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt certifications and was instrumental in saving millions through process redesigns and efficiency gains across multiple commands.

Following his honorable discharge, Johan pursued a degree in Business Management at Reinhardt University, where he was recognized as an Eagle Scholar and earned President’s List honors. He quickly transitioned into the private sector, where he has since held senior leadership roles across fast-growing startups and established construction and creative firms. As VP of Operations at Hunter Mitchell Holdings, Johan built out sales and client systems, growing the pipeline by over 300%. At Artrepublic Global, he scaled project volume 5x while overseeing a custom platform build and strategic partnerships with Samsung, city governments, and major nonprofits. Later, as Strategic Initiatives Manager at Model City Roofing, he led digital transformation initiatives, developed marketing and lead-gen systems, launched new revenue streams, and increased qualified inbound leads across markets.

Currently serving as Director of Business Development & Marketing at Fisher Agency / Savvy Partner, Johan drives growth through brand strategy, operational planning, and partnership development. He remains active in his community as a wrestling coach, where he mentors youth in leadership and discipline through sport.
